Leisure Ville Holiday Centre Facilities

Leisure Ville offers a range of activities to keep you and your family occupied making it one of the best family accommodation venues in Tasmania. Leisure Ville features a wonderfully warm 30º heated pool, spa, games room, tennis and basketball court, playground, BBQ’s and a laundry.

The heated indoor pool has been designed with the family in mind. It is 9m in length and 6m in width and is heated all year round to a very comfortable 30ºc.

Leisure Ville’s pool is ideally suited for adults and children with the depth varying from .75m to 1.5m (2.5 to 5ft). The pool is surrounded by a tiled decking, has change rooms and a shower for your convenience.

The warm and relaxing spa is great for easing those tired and weary muscles after a busy day. Heated to 38ºc, the spa also has a powerful air blower to stir up those soothing bubbles and comfortably seats up to four people.

Leisure Ville’s spacious and well equipped games room is suitable for all the family. Featuring table tennis, 8-ball, pinball machines and arcade games (including an original Pac Man) the games room will keep the entire family occupied for hours.

The half court tennis area allows the family to spend many hours enjoying a game of tennis. All racquets and balls are supplied for your convenience.

Leisure Ville also features a basketball area and backboard with full size markings for you to practice your shots. A basketball can be supplied.

The modern safe playground allows you to sit back and relax while you can be rest assured that your children are safe and having fun. Leisure Ville is very family orientated and has installed 2 slides, a fort, swinging bridge, monkey bars, fireman’s pole, swing grips and a spring rider all for your children’s pleasure.

There is also a tic-tac-toe game near the BBQ’s and another set of swings located in the Villa area. The entire playground area has a 30cm cover of chip mill fines for the children’s safety. For the older kids we are only 500m from the Seabrook Golf Club and directly opposite the beach.

Leisure Ville Holiday Centre provides guests with a selection of two electric BBQ’s and one wood fired BBQ (with wood supplied). The BBQ’s are situated around the complex and are free of charge.
