Bruce's offers a contemporary Australian menu. Using as much local ingredients as possible and cooking in-house, we pride ourselves on making big rustic home-style food. We love our Genovese coffee, teaming it with the beautiful Tea-Drop tea range and some great local Tassie beer and wine. We happily offer vegetarian and GF options, as well as a special 'baby Bruce' menu for all the little people that come our way. Whatever the case, we cook with love, and we hope its reflected in our food.
